What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum order.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted are in US $ (United States Dollars). We only accept payment via PayPal for overseas customers. For Singapore based customers,
payment shall be by fund transfer or cash in Singapore dollars. We will advise you of our DBS Bank Account details upon request. Exchange rate used shall be determined by us.

For overseas customers, payment by cash payment is acceptable. However, risk shall be borne by the sender. When sending such form of payment, use of registered mail is
highly recommended. Care should also be taken to ensure that envelopes used for sending cash are properly sealed and that the contents cannot be seen.
Shipment terms and charges
Buyer shall pay shipping and handling charges. Item(s) will only be shipped (within 4 business days) upon receipt of payment. We will advise you of the postal
tracking number once the shipment is made.
Approx. shipping rates are as follows:
Registered Airmail Rates: (for 100 gms or below)
1) Asia, Europe and Australasia = US$ 6.50
2) North America, South America, Canada and Africa = US$ 6.50
Note: The maximum liability for missing registered shipment is about US$ 50. It usually takes about 3 months from date of posting for the post office to make refund for missing articles. Upon receiving the refund from the post office, we will reimburse you US$ 50 or the amount you had paid, whichever is lower.
Insurance: We are unable to offer insured airmail shipping. Reason for this is that the post office and courier companies does not offer insured shipping for antiques.
For items that are delicate/fragile, packaging surcharge may apply. We will advice you of the amount payable on a case-by-case basis.
Return policy/ Guarantee/ Missing items/ Damage items
Sea Eagle Coins will not knowingly sell fakes as genuine articles. Articles with repairs will be clearly indicated in the item description.
Items may be returned for refund of payment made, less shipping and handling charges or US$5 ,whichever is higher. Cost incurred for such returns shall be borne by the buyer.
Item must be returned within 2 weeks of receipt or within 6 weeks of posting of item, whichever is sooner. Returned item must be in the original condition in which it was sent in.
Refund will be made only upon receipt of returned item.
While all appropriate care shall be taken to ensure that the items are properly packed, there could be occasions whereby damage may still occur while in transit.
Upon receipt of items that are damage, buyer must contact us immediately. As a general rule, damaged item must be returned to us before credit or replacement is given.
The choice of credit or replacement shall be at our discretion.
In all cases, you must obtain an authorization from us for any returns. No refund shall be given for any item(s) returned without written authorization from us.
